Our park-like residential complex, located on the edge of a forest on a site in the east of the city of Nienburg, was completely gutted and renovated from the ground up in 2007/08.
We offer a home to a total of 61 residents. In eight residential groups, you can choose between 23 single rooms, six apartments, and 16 double rooms spread across three building complexes.

The buildings are designed and constructed like apartment buildings. Each room is equipped with a separate doorbell system, telephone, and private bathroom (shower/toilet)—except for the area for those requiring significant or moderate care.

The 8 residential groups are divided into:

• 6 residential groups with intensive assistance and care
• a residential group as a residential training area (the apartments also have a kitchenette).
• a residential group for people in need of significant care and those in need of light care

We offer the following employment opportunities:

• Woodworking in our wood workshop
• Repair of bicycles, lawnmowers and other equipment in our bicycle workshop
• janitorial services
• Restoration of vehicles, currently a SETRA bus from the 1970s
• Landscape gardening
• Kiosk operation
• Housekeeping
• PC workstation
• Administrative workstation
