The Burg-WG in Nienburg introduces itself:
The Burg-WG in Nienburg as a form of assisted living, it offers a place to live for a total of 28 people, partly in residential groups, partly in apartments, but always with their own room.
Each apartment is equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette.
In the residential groups, each room has a bathroom with shower, and the kitchen is shared.
All rooms have a telephone connection and Wi-Fi internet access.
The Burg-WG makes it possible to stabilize people with a mental illness or a secondary addiction problem, to develop new social skills and to create life perspectives so that they can participate permanently in life in society or a community.
Practical help is offered, in particular, in dealing with money, self-sufficiency in food and the necessary social skills to be able to survive in a community.

Offers
We offer spacious common rooms equipped with billiards, table football, darts, etc. for your leisure activities and to structure your day. We take your abilities and interests into account when structuring the day.
An important main goal is to create a daily structure that challenges and encourages different interests and abilities.
You can choose between:
- Automotive and metal workshop
- wood workshop
- Housekeeping and kitchen
- Building services and property maintenance
- Crafts and sewing
- Using the computer
We arrange internships for you and conduct work trials.
Activities in the castle shared apartment
- Daily coffee break from 3 p.m.
- Game rounds from 7 p.m.
- Every Monday at 6 p.m. shared dinner
- Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, breakfast together and possibly a shopping trip
- On Sundays, by arrangement, baking, cooking and eating together
- Joint excursions or other activities on weekends by arrangement
